    Yes. ONGAGEMENT specializes in loyalty consulting with a strong emphasis on technology development, while 014 Media stands as the largest rewards company in the Iberian region. With an annual revenue exceeding €250 million and a workforce of over 300 employees, 014 Media is a pivotal partner for implementing loyalty programs and managing related operations.

  • Does ONGAGEMENT or the 014 Media Group work with any competitors of Control?

    No.

  • What's the experience from ONGAGEMENT & 014 Media in pharma sector in Spain?

    Currently, the venture is collaborating with Angelini, Arkopharma, and Nuxe in Spain and also boasts experience working with various other pharmaceutical groups.

  • Is it legally permissible to incentivize pharmacists through the submission of sales receipts as proof of their transactions?

    Yes, it is possible to reward pharmacists for the sales of medical devices, but some specific guidelines and regulations must be followed to ensure that these incentives do not compromise professional ethics, impartiality, or the quality of patient care.


    These incentives are permissible as long as they do not unduly influence the professional's decision in recommending or dispensing a specific medical device, and that the health and well-being of patients remain the top priority.


    This experience and feedback do not negate the need for Control to seek legal consultancy in this field.

  • What's the investment value?

    The collaboration proposal assumes the value of 1.650€/month (1.000€ for software and 650€ for service) + VAT. 


    If you decide to create a loyalty program in Spain and another in Portugal for CONTROL, we will assume +1.250€/month in the second program and will offer extra invoice validations. Annual billing. 


    Services included: strategic consulting, full technology features, operational monitoring, reporting (standardized monthly basis), daily support for program users (via chat), and design (graphic adaptation aligned with the program's visual identity).


    The proposal also includes 5,000 users capacity, SMS, and pending approval participation (validated texts/images/invoices). Each additional SMS costs €0.09 and pending approval participation costs €0.24. The annual cost for an additional user is about €0.90.


    We are offering +5.000 invoice validations for 2024.


    Note: ONGAGEMENT is transparent in its pricing and has no "hidden" values.

  • What is the budget for prizes?

    Each program has its particularities and it is difficult to generalize. However, it is necessary to understand that when awarding points, points represent money (cost of prizes).



    The basis of the credited points/required points ratio for a reward must be financially balanced.



    Normally, in B2B programs it is common to see a ratio of €20 in sales to €1 in premium (5% of the PVPR).



    For greater cost control, you can also choose to define a stock quantity of prizes.



    In the awards gallery, you can include branded products, merchandising or digital vouchers (FNAC; Pingo Doce; Galp; SportTV; Uber, among many others).



    We also suggest the formulation of specific campaigns to attract registered people or to stimulate involvement, in which there is a direct prize offer.

  • What is possible to set up?

    The basic structure of the website/app adapts to the brand's graphic identity. Despite being a fixed structure, with the advantage of having a user experience validated by thousands of users daily, it allows enormous flexibility in terms of customization of:

    • dynamics
    • contents

  • How long does it take for initial set up and what materials to send?

    From the moment the ONGAGEMENT team receives the necessary information, it is able to implement the program within 72 hours.


    Required info:

    • What are the extra questions in the register (ex: title; Pharmacy ID)
    • How do you want access to be made (platform open to registration or limited by invitation)
    • Guest point of sale panel
    • Definition of initial dynamics
    • Sender authorisation for sending communications
  • Which integrations are possible?

    The ONGAGEMENT API is integrated with Zapier to allow automatic synchronisation of information between web apps or to send data to CRM (Salesforce; Microsoft Dynamics; Sugar and others). Additionally, the API supports webhooks and we can implement customisations. Documentation pending request.

  • How does ONGAGEMENT comply with data protection requirements?

    ONGAGEMENT is currently in the process of certification for ISO 27001, being the international reference standard for the management of Information Security.


    Our solution is in line with the assumptions of the recent General Regulations for Data Protection, highlighting the total control that users have over their information (editing/deleting/consulting data) and the existence of protocols for treatment and access to information.



    ONGAGEMENT is fully responsible for the program's database as an entity that collects, stores and manages the information.


    Any data portability must follow the requirements of the defined protocol.
