  • What is possible to set up?

    The basic structure of the website/app adapts to the brand's graphic identity. Despite being a fixed structure, with the advantage of having a user experience validated by thousands of users daily, it allows enormous flexibility in terms of customization of: colours; images; dynamics; contents.

  • How long does it take for initial set up and what materials to send?

    From the moment the ONGAGEMENT team receives the necessary information, it is able to implement the program within 72 hours.


    Required info:

    • What are the extra questions in the register (ex: title; Pharmacy ID)
    • How do you want access to be made (platform open to registration or limited by invitation)
    • Guest point of sale panel
    • Definition of initial dynamics
    • Sender authorisation for sending communications
  • Which integrations are possible?

    The ONGAGEMENT API is integrated with Zapier to allow automatic synchronisation of information between web apps or to send data to CRM (Salesforce; Microsoft Dynamics; Sugar and others). Additionally, the API supports webhooks and we can implement customisations. Documentation pending request.

  • How does ONGAGEMENT comply with data protection requirements?

    ONGAGEMENT is currently in the process of certification for ISO 27001, being the international reference standard for the management of Information Security.


    Our solution is in line with the assumptions of the recent General Regulations for Data Protection, highlighting the total control that users have over their information (editing/deleting/consulting data) and the existence of protocols for treatment and access to information.



    ONGAGEMENT is fully responsible for the program's database as an entity that collects, stores and manages the information.


    Any data portability must follow the requirements of the defined protocol.
